Course booking system
Coursebricks is a course booking system for training providers. Learners book and pay online from your website, companies book a whole team in one checkout, and every booking creates the order, invoice and contact for you, so nobody types a booking into another system.
Let learners book and pay online, without emailing you.
Every course in Coursebricks gets its own branded registration page. Use a quick sign-up, or a full checkout where one booker registers several colleagues, applies discounts and pays in one order.
- Quick sign-up or full checkout, chosen per course
- Several registrants in one booking, with individual or company billing
- Promo codes, group discounts and company email domain discounts
- Your logo, favicon and colours on every registration page
Ask the questions you need at booking.
Build reusable registration forms in Coursebricks with a drag-and-drop builder and attach one to each course. Answers are saved on the registration and can feed contact details and custom fields.
- Signature and file upload fields for ID and certificates
- Show a field only when another answer matches
- Questions just for company bookings or just for individuals
- One form reused across many courses
Get paid by card, invoice or bank transfer.
Coursebricks takes card payments through your own Stripe account and records them against the order automatically. Companies can request an invoice and pay by bank transfer, or use a payment method you add yourself.
- Bank transfer against an invoice for companies
- Your own methods, such as cheque or purchase order
- Each method offered to individuals, companies or both
- Stripe processing fees recorded as an expense automatically
Let learners pay for expensive courses in instalments.
With Coursebricks payment plans, learners pay a down payment by card at checkout and sign the payment plan agreement online. Each instalment is then charged to their saved card on its due date.
- Weekly, bi-weekly or monthly instalments
- A down payment taken by card at checkout
- A set share paid before the course starts
- Failed charges retried automatically
Fill every course without overselling it.
Coursebricks stops online bookings at the number of places you set and closes them on your deadline. When someone cancels, the waitlist offers their seat to the next person within seconds, so courses refill without you chasing anyone.
- Online bookings stop when a course is full
- A registration deadline that closes bookings for you
- Freed-up seats offered to the waitlist automatically
An invoice for every booking, synced to Xero.
Every booking in Coursebricks creates an order with an invoice PDF, numbered with your own prefix. Connect Xero and approved orders are sent across as invoices, and payments recorded in Xero come back to Coursebricks.
- Company billing with tax number, billing address and reference
- Named tax rates such as VAT or GST
- Outstanding, overdue and average days to pay on one dashboard
- Card payments and expenses pushed to Xero

Course Booking System FAQs
A course booking system lets learners and companies book and pay for places on courses online. Coursebricks gives every course a registration page with custom forms, Stripe card payments, invoices, payment plans, discounts and waitlists, and creates the order and invoice for each booking.
What is a course booking system?
A course booking system lets learners and companies book places on courses online and pay for them. Coursebricks is a course booking system for training providers: every course gets a branded registration page with custom forms, Stripe card payments, invoices, payment plans, discounts and a waitlist, and every booking creates an order and invoice automatically.
How is a course booking system different from event ticketing software?
A course booking system is built for courses that run again and again, with trainers, locations, invoices and company bookings. Event ticketing software is built for one-off events and stops at the ticket. Coursebricks links each booking to its course, learner, order, invoice, attendance and certificates, and the same system also handles scheduling, the CRM and your website.
Can one person book several colleagues on a course in one checkout?
Yes. The Coursebricks full checkout supports several registrants in one booking, with individual or company billing, a reference and promo codes. Staff can also add registrations by hand for phone and email bookings.
Can I ask custom questions when learners book a course?
Yes. Coursebricks registration forms are built with a drag-and-drop builder and attached to each course. Learners can sign and upload documents such as ID or certificates on the same form. A field can be shown only for company or individual bookings, or only when another answer matches.
Which payment methods can customers use to pay for a course?
Card, bank transfer and any custom method you add. Card payments go through your own Stripe account and are recorded against the order automatically. Companies can request an invoice and pay by bank transfer, and custom methods such as cheque or purchase order can be offered to individuals, companies or both. Card data is handled by Stripe and never touches Coursebricks.
Can learners pay for a course in instalments?
Yes. With Coursebricks payment plans, learners choose a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly schedule at checkout, sign the payment plan agreement online and pay a down payment by card. Each instalment is charged to the saved card on its due date, and failed charges are retried automatically. You can require a set share of the price to be paid before the course starts.
Can I offer promo codes and group discounts on courses?
Yes. Coursebricks applies percentage discounts live at checkout. A discount can require a promo code, a group booking, a company email domain or a membership field on the contact, and can apply to all courses, chosen courses or specific dates.
What happens when a course is fully booked?
The registration page shows "Course is fully booked" with a link to the waitlist, if the course has one. When a place is cancelled, Coursebricks emails the next person in the queue an offer within seconds and holds the seat until the offer's deadline. Learners accept with one click from the email, with no account needed.
Does Coursebricks create invoices and sync them with Xero?
Yes. Every booking in Coursebricks creates an order with an invoice PDF, numbered with your own prefix, with tax rates such as VAT or GST and company billing details. Connect Xero and approved orders are sent across as invoices automatically, along with contacts, card payments and expenses. Payments recorded in Xero are imported back into Coursebricks automatically.
